Antenatal classes for a calm birth
Our body holds an ancient, quiet intelligence—a blueprint for birth that has guided life for millennia. Yet, in the intensity of labour, the mind can often create barriers, turning natural rhythm into tension. My work as a breathwork facilitator is to help you remove these mental obstacles. Through targeted, rhythmic breathwork, we don't just 'manage' sensation; we create the internal space necessary for your body’s latent wisdom to emerge and lead the way.

At Flourishing Baby you will learn to breathe with your baby, practice yoga, and give them special infant massage as you are carefully guided through each stroke whilst also learning to recognise your baby’s feedback, thus growing in confidence, observation and relaxation, three important ingredients for you to create the happy and serene environment where your baby will flourish.
Flourishing Baby follows the comprehensive IAIM curriculum, which covers touch, movement, relaxation, interaction and communication, plus the special colic routine.
