Each event is a self-contained experience. No previous breathwork experience is ever required. Just an open mind and a willingness to breathe.

Each one of us carries within the echo of those who came before us — their legacy, their love, their challenges, and their stories.
In this breathwork workshop, you will be invited on an intentional clearing journey through four Liberation Practices. We begin by opening the space and sharing ancestral stories — however much or little you know of yours. Using the breath as our tool, we travel through the energetic field of your ancestral system — that cosmos of wisdom, love, and survival strategies — so that you can acknowledge it, honour it, and choose what to carry forward.
Through Conscious Connected Breath, you will open a space to connect with your inner intelligence and release what is no longer yours. The workshop includes time for integration — through writing, reflection, or simply resting in the space.
No previous experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to breathe.
