If there is one habit I could suggest you pick-up right away and start practicing consistently, it’s journaling. Please keep a journal for the full length of the course!
Aside from stress reduction and a consistent sense of clarity, this magical practice provides so many other benefits. It nurtures creativity, builds your self awareness and improves your memory. It releases negative build-ups of emotions and improves your communication and perhaps even relationships. Most importantly however, it promotes presence and generally makes you a more mindful (and peaceful) person. Who wouldn’t want all these benefits and at no cost? Here are two journaling prompts for you to reflect on while you wait for the course to start:
1) 2018 provided me with numerous challenges but I didn’t tackle these all as gracefully as I could.
